FOH Support

We are looking for a high-caliber, motivated hospitality professional who is equally passionate about extraordinary guest service. The FOH Support role is the vital link between the kitchen, the bar, and the dining area.

What You Will Do

• Verify order accuracy before delivery to the table
  

• Present dishes and beverages to guests
  

• Assist waitstaff with various tasks as needed
  

• Promptly clear, sanitize, set, and reset dining tables
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
  

• Perform opening and closing side work

• Responsible for monitoring, restocking, and replenishing service item par levels, inventory, and supplies

• Ensure work area complies with health codes at all times

You Should Have

• Positive attitude, a strong sense of hospitality, and a professional work ethic

• Experience with high-volume dining and tailored steps of service

• Ability to memorize and retain information quickly

• Prioritizes tasks, focusing on guest needs first

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Open availability and a desire to learn

• A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
