Summary

As a Bartender at Loveland reporting to the Bar Supervisor and supported by the Food &Beverage Leadership team, you’re more than just a drink-slinger, you’re part of the experience. Whether pouring a local craft beer, mixing après cocktails, or chatting with a longtime local, you help create a space where guests feel welcome, relaxed, and connected to the mountain vibe. Daily tasks include serving beer, wine, and cocktails quickly and responsibly, maintaining a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies, and handling transactions with accuracy. You'll also help monitor guest behavior, check IDs, and ensure compliance with all liquor laws and safety protocols. But above all, this role is about mountain hospitality. Our bars are popular gathering spots for locals, visitors, and staff alike, and we take pride in offering friendly, down-to-earth service. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions

• Welcome and greet guests and interact with them to make recommendations, take orders, serve food and drinks and provide a pleasant drinking experience for every guest.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all bar areas while adhering to all health department and Loveland food and alcohol safety, service and cleanliness standards.
• Verify guests’ identification and confirm their legal drinking status while complying with all state, local and company alcohol service regulations.
• Accurately portion alcoholic beverages, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, open and maintain guest tabs throughout shift and accurately collect and process payment transactions.
• Complete all bar opening and closing duties, and any other duties as assigned.
