Food and Beverage Event Entertainment and Function Manager NF-04

This position is located at Samuel Adams Brewhouse.

Works with staff, clients, and operating and support elements to sell and manage the business of providing functions and events for a restaurant and catering operations in support of command directives and guidance.

In conjunction with command guidance and management personnel, reviews, evaluates, develops, and implements budgetary goals, service standards and policies, forecasts, and staffing levels.

Review all processes, and develops detail process improvement plans and actions to increase the effectiveness and productivity of the full range of catering/banquet/event and entertainment activities.

Performs a review of all catered/banquet/event and entertainment functions for coordination and integration of the delivery of services across the restaurant and catering staff.

Reviews customer feedback and perform analysis and identification of actions to demonstrate continuous customer service improvement.

Supervises the restaurant and catering staff functions. Performs the full range of supervisory duties over assigned staff.
