Summary

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Loveland, reporting to the Front of Lead with support from F&B Leadership, you’re the face of our Food & Beverage operation. Whether you’re greeting guests at the register, stocking grab-and-go items, keeping self-serve stations clean and full, or bussing during the lunch rush, you help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every skier and rider who comes through our doors. Daily tasks include cashiering, restocking food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. You’ll also engage in table touches, checking in with guests, answering questions, and helping them feel at home. This role is all about guest hospitality and creating memorable experiences. Flexibility is key as things move fast on the mountain, and you’ll be expected to adapt, problem-solve, and support both guests and teammates wherever needed. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.


Essential Functions

  • Become knowledgeable of all menu items to accurately ring up guest orders and complete accurate payment transactions keeping in compliance with all Loveland cash handling policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all dining & service areas maintaining all health department and Loveland food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform various front counter and dining area cleaning and storage activities such as grab-and-go stocking, dining table and counter cleaning, bussing, dishwashing, storage & rotation of food and supplies, and other duties as assigned.
  • Engage with our guests by anticipating and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication and execute hospitality in the dining room by ensuring all guests receive prompt & continual care.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a hospitable experience for our guests.
