Under the general supervision of the Community Center Manager, the incumbent directs and oversees daily food and beverage operations across Community Services facilities, including but not limited to Dakota's Lounge, Bistro 28, and catered special events. The position exercises direct supervisory authority over assigned personnel, leading recruitment, onboarding, staff training, work scheduling, performance management, and employee relations to maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction. Actively manages food and beverage production, menu execution, portion control, recipe consistency, and Point of Sale (POS) configurations while strictly enforcing all food safety, sanitation, and public health inspection standards. Offsite catering service and procurement. Managing physical inventory cycles, evaluating food and beverage production orders, maintaining cost cards and scatter sheets, and submitting daily operational and financial documentation.
