Food and Beverage Supervisor

Great service starts with someone who leads the shift with energy and care. As F&B Hourly Supervisor, you will keep the floor moving, support your team through the busiest moments, and make sure every guest feels welcome from the first hello.

Lead the floor and the shift. Keep service flowing, the team supported, and the guest experience on standard through every meal period.

Including but not limited to:

• Lead pre-shift briefings and balance the floor during peak periods
• Coach servers, bartenders, and cooks to deliver service with speed and warmth
• Listen fully before responding to a guest concern, then resolve it
• Oversee cash handling and shift close-out
• Manage inventory, par levels, and product rotation

• 2+ years in food and beverage service, with 1+ year in a lead role
• A natural way with guests, and the awareness to move before they have to ask
• Accuracy with Toast point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and split shifts
• Restaurant and bar experience preferred
• Starbucks experience a plus for The Bistro at Courtyard by Marriott
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred

• A leadership step on a team that values growth

• A clear path toward F&B Manager
