What Success Looks Like:
Your Impact
Supports servers, bartenders, and managers with a variety of tasks to keep food and beverage operations running smoothly.
Transports food from the kitchen to the dining area safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Checks orders against corresponding tickets to ensure accuracy and confirms any special requests or modifications before delivery.
Delivers food and beverage items promptly and ensures attractive, consistent presentation.
Clears used dishes and glassware from tables and transports them to the appropriate dish area.
Cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables efficiently between guest visits.
Assists with table service, including refilling water, bread, condiments, and other guest needs.
Sets up, restocks, maintains, cleans, and breaks down bar and dining areas.
Maintains appropriate stock levels of glassware, ice, garnishes, napkins, silverware, condiments, and other service supplies.
Restocks food, beverage, cleaning, and service items as needed.
Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and ensures cleaning supplies are stored safely and appropriately.
Removes trash and recycling and transports them to the appropriate receptacles.
Keeps dining areas, bar areas, floors, chairs, service stations, and other assigned work areas clean and organized.
Assists with banquet setup, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, place settings, equipment, and service supplies.
Assists with opening and closing procedures, including setting up, cleaning, restocking, and organizing service areas.
Provides timely and courteous follow-through on guest and team member requests.
Communicates guest requests, dietary needs, and service concerns promptly to the appropriate team member.
Supports the food and beverage team during peak service periods to maintain an efficient workflow.
Handles dishes, glassware, trays, equipment, and supplies safely and according to established procedures.
Follows standards for guest interactions, personal grooming, sanitation, food handling, and workplace safety.
Complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding the service and consumption of alcohol.
Reports unsafe conditions or equipment concerns immediately and uses equipment only as intended.
Completes other duties as assigned to support the operation.
What You Bring
Previous food service or customer service experience preferred.
Riverside County Food Handler Certificate required upon hire. If not currently certified, the company will cover the certification fee and provide paid time to complete the training.
Current Responsible Alcohol Service certification when required for assigned duties.If not currently certified, the company will cover the certification fee and provide paid time to complete the training.
Must meet the legal minimum age requirement when assigned to duties involving alcoholic beverages.
Ability to work collaboratively and respond promptly to direction from servers, bartenders, supervisors, and managers.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to carry trays containing food, dishes, glassware, or beverages safely.
Ability to transport up to 30 pounds and remain in continuous motion throughout the shift.
Working knowledge of bar equipment, beverage service, and applicable liquor laws preferred for bar-support assignments.
