- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
- Advanced English proficiency
