Food & Beverage Attendant - Fine Dining Restaurant
This role is based within the exclusive Chairman's Lounge, a premium fine dining restaurant and lounge offering an à la carte menu curated by Neil Perry Consulting. The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers a discreet yet attentive service experience, providing warm, professional, and efficient food and beverage service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. A strong focus on personalised hospitality, attention to detail, and premium service standards is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our valued passengers.
Key Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, attentive service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
- Present and serve à la carte menu offerings, beverages, and premium products with confidence and attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, wine selections, beverage offerings, and dietary requirements
- Ensure all food and beverage service areas are presented to the highest standard at all times
- Build positive relationships with guests through warm, professional, and engaging service
- Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally, resolving issues promptly and discreetly
- Contribute to an atmosphere of exclusivity, comfort, and excellence that reflects the prestige of the Chairman's Lounge
You will have had experience working in a fine dining environment and the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster. With shift times being 0430am until 1230pm and 1230pm until 2100pm
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a fine dining, premium hospitality, luxury hotel, airline lounge, or à la carte restaurant environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 4:30am - 12:30pm and 12:30pm - 09:00pm
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Full availability across all rostered shifts
- Availability to work both morning and afternoon shifts on a rotating basis
- Current Australian Probationary or Full Driver's Licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
