Cleans and resets tables, assists servers with food and beverage service, and maintains dining area hygiene in a casino restaurant.
Starting Wage: $15.55 hour plus tips
The Bonfire Back Server/Busperson is responsible for efficiently cleaning and resetting tables, and assisting servers when needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures dining areas are clean and sanitary, maintaining all areas to the standard set by management.
- Prepares dining areas for guests by cleaning, setting and prepping tables for turnover by replenishing necessary items.
- Enhances guest service by assisting servers with removing plates, filling glasses, and being attentive to guests needs.
- May be asked to assist servers with running food to tables to ensure quality of product.
- Completes side work duties as assigned.
- Remains knowledgeable on all food and beverage offerings, including wine selection and pairing options, reviewing daily changes to the menu and specials.
- Closely follows the F&B department health and personal hygiene policy.
- Other duties as directed by management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.
