Essential Functions:
- Inspect, clean and perform general cleaning duties for property, including offices, break rooms, lobbies, restrooms, dumpster areas and other common areas.
- Perform other duties as required such as delivering guest requests items, stocking storerooms, removing trash or linen from condos and cleaning condos when needed.
- Report any damage in public areas.
- Report any items needing repair
- Report any suspicious individuals.
- Other duties as assigned.
