This unique opportunity is designed for future hospitality leaders seeking hands-on experience in luxury Food & Beverage operations while developing their management and leadership capabilities within the world-renowned Raffles and Accor brands.

What You Will Learn

As a Food & Beverage Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to luxury hospitality operations through structured departmental rotations and practical learning experiences across:

  • Restaurants and specialty dining venues
  • Bars
  • Banquet and event operations
  • In-Room Dining
  • Guest experience and service excellence
  • Financial and operational management
  • Team leadership and people development

You will work closely with experienced hospitality professionals and receive mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to prepare you for future leadership roles.

What You Will Do

  • Support the daily operation of Food & Beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Deliver personalized and engaging service in line with Raffles luxury standards.
  • Participate in outlet operations, events, and special projects.
  • Assist managers in supervising service teams and coordinating daily activities.
  • Learn key business functions including revenue generation, cost control, inventory management, and performance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues while developing leadership competencies.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or practical experience in Food & Beverage operations is an advantage.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and leadership potential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
