Food & Beverage Manager, Crayola Experience Orlando

GENERAL SUMMARY:

As a Food & Beverage team member, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our guests have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back again and again. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quality service to all guests.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consistently meet all guest satisfaction measures
• Achieve monthly and seasonal productivity goals
• Support the Crayola brand’s educational mission to sue the arts as a tool for intellectual and emotional development of children
• Prepare food while adhering to food service safety standards
• Must learn all menu items, portions and accompaniments to The Crayola Experience’s specifications
• Maintain visual presentation standards of food products
• Follow all food safety & sanitation procedures
• Properly execute all POS procedures

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Must have prior food service experience and be capable of working with the public in a food environment.
• Position requires physical duties involving regularly lifting cartons weighing over 40 pounds.
