Job Scope
- Manage daily operations across assigned restaurants, bars or F&B outlets.
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, inventory and cost control.
- Monitor revenue performance and resolve guest feedback or service issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel or restaurant F&B operations.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.
