About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the efficient management of all Food & Beverage operations in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards, corporate strategies, and operational policies. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, profitable operations, high service standards, and effective leadership of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and stewarding.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience in an international upscale or luxury hotel.
* Experience in an international or luxury hotel brand, preferably Hyatt or a similar global brand.
