Food & Beverage Manager

Our restaurants and bars are where the day comes together for our guests. As Food & Beverage Manager, you will run that experience at one resort, leading a team that cares about great food and great service and keeping the numbers healthy along the way.

Run the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operation at your resort. Deliver food and service that brings guests back while keeping costs and the team on plan.

Including but not limited to:

• Run restaurant, bar, and room service operations each day
• Forecast covers, then schedule labor and order product to match, without compromising the guest experience
• Lead and develop F&B supervisors and staff
• Build revenue through promotions, events, and upselling
• Maintain food safety and responsible alcohol service standards

• 5+ years in restaurant or resort food and beverage
• At least 2 years in supervisory or management roles
• Working knowledge of cost controls and P&L management
• Experience with Toast point-of-sale and inventory systems
• Forecasting, yield management, and critical thinking, with the ability to read outlet P&Ls and build cost plans
• TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
• Floor presence: you coach in the moment and turn a guest complaint into a repeat guest
• Restaurant and bar experience preferred
• Experience in upscale or full-service resort hospitality, including Hilton or Marriott, preferred

• A management role with real responsibility at a resort
• Development toward complex-level leadership
• A team that makes every shift a good one
