We are seeking a highly creative and commercially driven F&B marketer with a strong instinct for ideas, trends and consumer behaviour.
- Develop innovative F&B campaigns, concepts and experiences that create desire and strengthen outlet positioning.
- Be the creative engine for our F&B outlets, constantly bringing fresh ideas, collaborations and new ways of engaging our guests.
- Strong understanding of food, lifestyle, luxury and consumer trends, with the ability to translate insights into compelling marketing ideas.
- Strong in market research and competitor intelligence, identifying opportunities and emerging trends.
- Develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, influencers, PR and experiential platforms.
- Work closely with F&B and Culinary teams to turn ideas into high-quality guest experiences.
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of covers, average check, revenue and ROI/ROAS.
- Comfortable with data and campaign analytics, using performance insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
- Passionate about creating distinctive dining experiences and building brands, while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury hotel.
