As a Food & Beverage Steward at the British Pullman, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for providing an exceptional food and beverage service to all our guests. In this role, you will ensure that all areas are well maintained and provide outstanding customer service. If you’re looking to develop your skills and be part of a legacy of luxury, this is your moment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparation of the restaurant cars and its related areas to ensure a smooth-running operations.
  • Responsible for the wellbeing and safety of your allocated car and passengers.
  • Assist with depot, Victoria Lounge and departure point operations.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Ensure you have a full knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items and the areas in which the British Pullman operates.
  • Acknowledge and handle any passenger requests; whether dietary, medical or special occasion requests.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Hospitality qualification an advantage.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of food and wine.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
