Food & Beverage Supervisor
This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to Hotel’s guests.
Primary Responsibilities
Outlet Operation
To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in planning, implementing, organizing and coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant on a daily basis.
To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring that the restaurant is running in an efficiently manner and proper service is offered at all times.
To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in assuring the most efficient operation of dining room, offering the maximum in service of hotel guests through good planning and coordination with others departments.
To assist the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager in ensuring compliance with Accor LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.
Knowledge and Experience
College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications
Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
