Food & Beverage Supervisor

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee smooth operations of the Restaurant and Bar
• Coordinate the team to provide seamless banquet and event service
• Ensure all guests receive excellent hospitality from all team members
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and calm composure
• Support with team briefing, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Promote a positive team culture across the Food and Beverage team

What you'll bring to the role:

• Passionate about connecting with people and providing hospitality with heart
• Experience in a hotel or resort F&B team as a supervisor or team leader
• Excellent food & beverage knowledge, including dietaries and allergies
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to success
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• RSA Certificate
• Reliable transport (public transport not accessible at required shift times)
• Available to work weeknights & weekends and holiday season
