Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and events operations. You will support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and uphold Hyatt’s premium service standards.

Some of the responsibilities include\:

  • Supervise and support Food & Beverage team members to deliver Supervise and support Food & Beverage team members to deliver professional hospitality service
  • Oversee daily restaurant and event operations
  • Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
  • Train and onboard new employees in line with Hyatt standards
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and OHS requirements
  • Support the implementation of Hyatt brand standards and service excellence
  • Respond to guest complaints, coordinate with team members, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
