Food Caller

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the front of the house to the kitchen
- Check dishes before serving for accuracy, presentation and temperature
- Maintain smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Monitor order flow during busy periods and prioritize urgent orders
- Assist in the final preparation of dishes
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the food pickup and serving area
- Report any order delays or issues to supervisors promptly
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferred
- Able to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
