Food Court Manager
Job Description
- Oversee daily full food court outlet operations, ensure smooth daily business flow during operating hours
- Manage outlet staff including cleaner, cashier and service crew, arrange daily work shifts and duty allocation
- Monitor food quality, service standard, kitchen hygiene and halal compliance for all F&B items
- Handle daily inventory checking, stock replenishment, ingredient ordering and cost control
- Resolve customer feedback, complaints and on-site operational issues promptly
- Ensure full compliance with SFA food safety regulations and company standard operating procedures
- Assist in daily sales monitoring, simple report collation and outlet performance management
Job Requirements
- Prior F&B / food court supervisory or management experience is required
- Able to manage team, arrange manpower and handle daily operational pressure
- Familiar with local F&B hygiene standards, halal operation rules is an advantage
- Good communication skills, responsible, proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Able to work long operating hours and work on weekends/peak periods
- Immediate start or short notice is highly preferred
Working Terms & Salary
- Employment Mode: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
- Rest Day: Weekly single day off
- Full-Time Monthly Salary: SGD 3200 – 3800 (based on working experience)
- CPF contribution for eligible full-time employees
