Food Court Manager

Job Description:

• Direct and manage food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Retain 100% stall occupancy through effective tenant management
• Source new tenants to to provide good variety of food to customers
• Advice and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
• Ensure respective tenants on adhere to the hygiene SOP
• Monitor daily sales of assigned outlet
• Assist with operational duties as and when required
• Attend to customer & tenant queries/feedback promptly
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff

Requirements:

• Diploma in F&B or related fields
• 3 years experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
