About Beverly's:
Beverly's is a stylish restaurant at Coeur d’Alene Resort known for exceptional dining and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Expeditor to help ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals to our guests.
The Role:
As a Food Expeditor, you will serve as the communication link between the kitchen and the front-of-house team, making sure every dish leaves the kitchen perfectly prepared and reaches the guest promptly.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and prioritize food orders from the kitchen

Check dishes for presentation, accuracy, and quality before service

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery

Communicate special requests or modifications clearly to kitchen

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the expediting area

Support smooth operations during busy service times
