Food Packer / Kitchen Packer

Job Description

We are looking for a Food Packer / Kitchen Packer to support food packing, labelling, checking, arranging, and preparation for delivery, service, or outlet transfer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring food items are packed accurately, labelled properly, and handled according to food hygiene and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Pack food items, ingredients, sauces, condiments, or finished products according to instructions.
• Check item quantity, packing condition, and labelling accuracy.
• Label packed items with item name, quantity, date, and other required information.
• Arrange packed items for storage, delivery, or transfer.
• Assist with portioning and weighing food items where required.
• Maintain cleanliness of packing area, equipment, tools, and storage spaces.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Support stock rotation and proper storage of packed items.
• Report damaged packaging, incorrect items, missing items, or quality issues.
• Assist with basic kitchen preparation and general kitchen duties when required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food packing, kitchen support, central kitchen, catering, or F&B will be an advantage.
• No experience may be considered for suitable candidates willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food production or kitchen environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to stand for long hours and perform physical duties.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Good hygiene habits and teamwork attitude.
