Food Processor (Frozen Pork)
Summary
Process and package frozen pork products in a food manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare pork products according to production specifications and quality standards
- Portion and pack pork products into appropriate packaging with label, weigh, and seal accurately
- Pick and prepare customer orders according to order lists and delivery schedules
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the processing area, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety regulations, workplace safety procedures, and Standard Operation Procedures
- Store and handle pork products under the required temperature and hygiene conditions
- Assist with stock movement, inventory checks, and replenishment when required
Working hours
6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 8am – 5.20pm)

Job requirements
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable handling raw pork products in frozen processing environment
- Able to lift and carry items weighing up to the required workplace limit
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in food processing or meat handling is an advantage; but not mandatory (Training will be provided)
- Comfortable working in 8 – 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided
