Job Position: Production Manager
Monthly Salary: From $3,600 onwards
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire food production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and cost-control strategies to optimize output.
- Lead and manage production teams, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Identify process improvements and implement new technologies to enhance productivity.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production planning, budgeting, and process optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Positive work attitude and a strong team player
