Food Production Manager
Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production operations to meet targets on time and within budget.
Lead, train, and manage production teams, including shift scheduling and performance reviews.
Monitor production quality and compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
Control production costs, manage inventory levels, and minimize waste.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth material and supply flow.
Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields (Diploma with relevant experience is widely accepted).
Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years in food manufacturing or production, with at least 5 yearsbeing the most common requirement; prior supervisory or managerial experience is required.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-department communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Work Conditions: Able to stand for long hours, work in varying temperatures (cold/hot), and commit to 5.5- 6-day work weeks, including shift or weekend work when needed.
