Your mission in this role You will be a key piece in the production process, ensuring that every product meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. In your day-to-day: You will contribute to the manufacturing process on the assigned line according to the weekly planning. You will handle raw materials, packaging, and final products, guaranteeing their correct management. You will communicate any incidents that may affect the product or the production process. What will make you successful in this position 🔹 Experience in industrial environments Having at least 1 year in production (especially in food) will allow you to adapt quickly and feel comfortable from the start. 🔹 Autonomy to travel Having a driver's license and your own vehicle will facilitate your access to the plant and give you greater stability in rotating shifts. 🔹 Responsibility and attention to detail Following processes with precision and detecting possible incidents will be key to guaranteeing quality. 🔹 Commitment to safety Integrating protocols into your day-to-day will allow you to work with confidence and contribute to a safe environment. 🔹 Collaborative attitude Your ability to work in a team will make the day-to-day more fluid and efficient. 🔹 Educational background (ESO or similar) This will help you understand the processes and evolve within the industrial environment.
