FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR (M/F/X) FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR (M/F/X) In a food sector company with a focus on quality, food safety, and continuous improvement, we are looking to hire a committed person to support day-to-day production in Fustiñana. Responsibilities Perform support tasks on the production and packaging line, following internal instructions and standards. Prepare raw materials and necessary materials for the process, ensuring correct availability. Verify compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations during the workday. Perform basic quality controls on work-in-progress products, detecting and communicating incidents. Maintain the work area clean and orderly, respecting cleaning and disinfection procedures. Collaborate in labeling, coding, and organizing batches to guarantee traceability. Support loading and unloading tasks within the workflow, with special care in handling. Record operational information when required by the system or by the shift supervisor. Skills and qualifications Industrial experience in production environments, preferably in food or related sectors. Good Spanish to understand instructions, follow protocols, and communicate clearly with the team. Physical stamina to perform plant-specific tasks, with the ability to maintain the work pace. Knowledge of and commitment to food safety and hygiene regulations (GMP/HACCP or equivalents). Attention to detail and responsibility to meet quality and traceability standards. Ability to work in a team and adapt to shifts, with a proactive attitude toward incidents. Availability for immediate start or on dates according to the needs of the process. Having a food handler's certificate and/or specific training in food safety will be valued.
