Job Position: Production Supervisor

Monthly Salary: From $3,000 onwards

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Implement production schedules and assign tasks to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality meets standards.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
• Experience in troubleshooting production-related issues.
