WHAT YOU’LL DO
No two shifts are exactly the same, but here’s the heart of the role:
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables accurately and efficiently – every time
- Learn the menu so you can confidently answer basic guest questions and describe dishes
- Communicate clearly between the kitchen and the front-of-house team to keep service flowing
- Assist servers with table needs during service – refilling drinks, dropping condiments, clearing plates
- Keep expo and service areas clean, organized, and ready to go throughout the shift
WHO YOU ARE
No prior experience required – just the drive to be great at it. You do need:
- A sense of urgency and the ability to move quickly and deliberately during a busy service
- Sharp attention to detail – getting the right food to the right guest matters every single time
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across the kitchen and dining room
- A friendly, professional presence that guests notice in the best possible way
