- Deliver food and drinks: Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and professionally.
- Clear and clean: Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables to keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Assist servers: Support servers by refilling water glasses, bringing bread, and other tasks to help them provide a high level of service.
- Table and side work: Perform duties like setting tables, side work, and cleaning as needed to maintain the restaurant's appearance.
- Communicate: Act as a link between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, relaying information about orders, guest requests, and potential issues to the appropriate team members.
