Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor - County Wexford

Conducts on-site food safety, health, hygiene, and brand standard audits for food service clients in South County Wicklow and County Wexford, providing consultancy and recommendations.
EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor. Assignments cover Wexford & Gorey.
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site assessments and providing consultancy to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
Providing consultancy to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
Maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
Hold a QQI NFQ Level 6 Special Purpose Award in Food Safety, HACCP Management or Food Standards Auditing, or UK Ofqual-regulated Level 4 Managing Food Safety qualification
Be flexible and available to complete assignments on both weekdays and weekends, across a variety of dayparts
Have access to a vehicle, hold a full, clean driving licence
Based in or near the assigned territory
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
Strong relationship management skills
Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis. No immigration sponsorship available.
