Food Safety Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and continuously improve the company’s Food Safety Assurance System.

• Conduct food-safety inspections, compliance checks and internal audits across operating premises.

• Investigate food-safety incidents, identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Follow up on SFA-related findings and coordinate timely corrective actions for non-compliance issues.

• Conduct food-safety and hygiene training for employees where required.

• Maintain and update ISO 22000 documentation for the central kitchen.

• Prepare audit, investigation and compliance reports for management review.

• Monitor corrective actions and ensure audit and compliance findings are properly closed out.

• Maintain accurate food-safety, audit and training records.

• Perform other related food-safety and quality duties as assigned.
