As an FSQA Technician, you'll be on the front line of making sure every product that leaves our facility is safe, high-quality, and meets the standards our customers count on. What You'll Do
Check incoming materials and ingredients to make sure they meet our quality and safety standards
Review and verify production records and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
Spot and flag anything that doesn't look right, and help the team fix it fast
Support food safety programs that keep our products safe for the people who eat them
Work alongside production teams, sharing best practices for quality and food safety
Take part in audits and help keep our facility inspection-ready
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn — a background in food, science, or quality is a plus but not required
Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
