This position combines administrative support, catering coordination, customer service, and hands-on participation in kitchen operations. What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a Food Service Attendant, you will be at the heart of our daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating catering requests, including order processing, delivery arrangements, and on-site setup according to client needs;
- Managing the food services mailbox and providing professional customer service both in person and through written communications;
- Performing various administrative tasks, including processing internal requests, preparing documents, product labeling, and supporting operational activities;
- Participating in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, hot table service, ready-to-go meal assembly, and supporting different workstations as needed;
- Contributing to the maintenance of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards while promoting operational efficiency and minimizing food waste.

- Is comfortable interacting with various stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, event organizers, and internal clients.
- Has an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as the majority of daily interactions, customer service activities, and operational communications are conducted in French.
- Has an intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to communicate occasionally, both verbally and in writing, with unilingual English-speaking colleagues.
