Skillet Kitchens is looking for an experienced, take-charge Food Service Director to oversee food service operations for the Jackson County Aging Services Center — including the Meals on Wheels program — as well as Jackson County Jail. You'll lead a team across two very different environments, manage a real budget, and make sure every meal that goes out the door is safe, nutritious, and on time, whether it's headed to a senior's front door or a facility dining hall.
