Food Service - Kitchen Manager

Under the supervision of the Child Nutrition Program Director, the Kitchen Manager works with the Child Nutrition staff to manage preparation of food, transportation of meals, service of meals, customer service, inventory and assets, and department staff to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and policies in order to create an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness, and friendliness in which customers can be served appealing and nutritious meals.
