As a Food Service & Kitchen Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Working closely with your colleagues, you'll deliver friendly, efficient and attentive service while supporting both food and beverage service and kitchen operations.
No two shifts are the same. From preparing the outlet and serving food and drinks to preparing ingredients, cooking meals and maintaining clean, organised work areas, you'll help deliver excellent standards of hospitality, food quality and safety.
You will be part of the Food and Beverage team supporting each other to consistently deliver memorable moments, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for greater guest experience. Here’s what you will be expected to do:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through menus and specials, take orders and provide attentive food and beverage service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, recipes, allergens and hotel promotions, and know where to find accurate information.
- Support daily outlet and kitchen operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, cooking, plating and service.
- Receive, check and store deliveries correctly, assist with stock rotation and complete required food temperature checks.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, health and safety across kitchen and dining areas, supporting colleagues flexibly as operational needs change.
