Manage a food service program for a military activity.

Track current and projected food service needs for a military activity.

Coordinate with internal and external sources to support a food service program.

Audit Unit Government Purchase Card Accounts ensuring vendors are paid and documentation is filed.

Schedule management and sanitation training for food service personnel.

Provide advice about food service matters for a military activity.

Recommend action for improvement of a food service program.

Inspect food service programs for adherence to regulations.

Utilize Army Food Service Management Information System (AFMIS), Decision Support System (DSS) and Subsistence Total Order, and Receipt Electronic Systems (STORES).

Operate the Army Containers system to support a military activity
