| SUMMARY |
The primary purpose of a Server is to take, enter and serve our restaurant guests in a friendly accurate manner. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the FOH Assistant Manager.
Restaurant operational hours are typically Wednesday through Sunday 3pm to 8pm during winter season and Sunday through Saturday 11am to 8/9pm during summer season. Evening and weekend hours are required.
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Serve restaurant guests food and drink orders accurately in a consistent, friendly manner
- Enter orders in our computerized ordering system accurately

- Candidate should possess strong communication skills, high degree of integrity, positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems
- Candidate should have the ability to build strong relationships with guests, provide a high level of guest service, and be an effective member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills, both internal and external
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication skills while relating to people in a friendly, professional manner
- Self-motivated; acts without needing directions
- Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean, safe work environment
