Food Service Staff - The Azaleas/Villas

We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Food Service Staff at the Azaleas/Villas. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• · Responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks relating to the preparation, service, and cleanup of food to residents.
• · Responsible for creating a clean and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• · Responsible for sanitation and upkeep of the kitchen areas.

The Ideal Candidate:

• · Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.
• · Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all service and kitchen equipment.
• · Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
• · Ability to communicate effectively.
• · Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
• · High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Other Qualifications

• · Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.
• · Must be able to walk for long periods of time.
• · Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
• · Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
• · 6 months dietary services / cooking experience preferred.
