What You'll Do
As a Food Service Worker, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers each day. You'll work alongside our culinary and café team to prepare food, serve customers, maintain a clean environment, and keep the operation running smoothly.
Your day may include:
- Preparing and serving breakfast and lunch using established recipes and presentation standards
- Assisting with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, assembling, and stocking ingredients
- Serving customers with a smile and providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Answering basic customer questions and helping create a welcoming café environment
- Maintaining attractive food displays and ensuring products are fresh, properly portioned, and well stocked
- Supporting catering preparation, setup, service, and cleanup when needed
- Following recipes, portion controls, and established department procedures
- Practicing “clean as you go” throughout the day
- Washing dishes and maintaining clean, organized kitchen and service areas
- Sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, taking out trash, and completing end-of-shift cleaning
- Monitoring food levels and communicating with leadership when products need to be replenished
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
- Participating in team huddles and communicating effectively with coworkers and leadership
- Jumping in to help wherever needed—because great teams work together!

Previous food service, restaurant, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
- Previous food service preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, reach, bend, and handle cooler/freezer conditions
