Food Service Worker Leader

About the Position: This position is with the Defense Commissary Agency, located in Ramstein, Germany. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Food Service Worker Leader for the delicatessen/bakery departments and to also perform non-lead Food Service Worker duties of the assigned departments.

Pass on to other workers instructions received from supervisor.

Review operations for status and progress, causes of delays and other problems.

Ensure that needed stock is obtained from supply locations.

Issue instructions on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines.

Assure that safety and housekeeping rules are followed.
