FOOD SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The Operations Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Assist in company operations and goods inventory management.Responsible for purchasing of vegetables / fruits, frozen foods, frozen chickens/meats/fishes, groceries, packaging etc.Ensure that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition.This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills and a commitment to delivering a superb dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales, P&L, food costs, labor costs and wastage.
• Manage staff scheduling, rostering and manpower planning.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, food safety.
• Manage inventory, ordering, suppliers and stock levels.
• Support kitchen operations during busy periods or staff shortages.
• Monitor kitchen efficiency, food preparation and service standards.
• Train and develop service and kitchen staff.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and handle staff issues.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a good customer experience.
