Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately to ensure correct fulfillment
- Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately for smooth payment processing
- Serve food and beverages promptly and with care to maintain quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas to ensure a safe environment
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen support tasks as needed to support operations
- Refill stock, condiments, utensils, and napkins to maintain service readiness
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines consistently to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily restaurant operations

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet scheduling needs
- Team player with good communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork
- Prior F&B or service experience is a bonus but not required; training provided
