Food Stall Assistant
Summary
Assists a local food stall by plating and serving dishes, handling orders and payments, and maintaining cleanliness during operating hours.
Working Days: Tuesday To Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00am to 4:00pm
Job Description:
We are looking for a front stall assistant to assist with daily stall operations. The role is similar to a nasi padang-style front stall helper, where food is served onto plates or packed for takeaway orders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve food to customers according to their orders
- Plate and pack food for dine-in and takeaway orders
- Handle customer orders and payments
- Receive and check ingredient deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the stall front
- Assist with basic daily stall operations when required
Requirements:
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to handle simple customer service
- Prior F&B experience is preferred but not required
Additional Requirement:
As the stall is applying for and maintaining MUIS Halal certification, the selected candidate may be required to support halal compliance duties and meet halal certification-related requirements where applicable.
