Basic information:

• Rotating shift: 0000 - 2359 hrs, 5 days between Mon - Sun

• Location: Joo Koon (West)

• Industry: FMCG / Food services
  

Job scope:

• Supervise the operations team in daily food preparation and ready-meal production.

• Convert customer requirements into suitable product designs and specifications.

• Develop and implement production processes to achieve the required product quality.

• Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.

• Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance productivity and output.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
